I just came across your website and I am also very passionate about Caesar salads. They are like a religion in my household! I must admit Bradley Ogden’s version of the Caesar is close to perfection. Please treat yourself to one soon! I always enjoyed them at the Lark Creek Inn in Larkspur, but I am sure he also offers them at his Vegas restaurant in Caesars Palace as well. Hello and thanks for following me on my Caesar Salad adventures. I will definately try any Caesar Salads recommended, so thanks for the input. By the way, I am going to start asking folks for the Caesar Salad recipes. Since you make a lot at home would you like to share your recipe? Don’t forget to include the important things like type of bowl you use, egg or not etc.
Very cool idea, especially interesting to me as I’m a vegetarian.
